Terms & Conditions
By subscribing to SiteOryx Website Care services, you agree to the terms below. These terms are designed to be simple, fair, and transparent.
1. Subscription & Payments
SiteOryx operates on a monthly subscription basis. Your subscription covers website hosting, updates, support, and included services as outlined in your plan.
If a payment fails or a card declines for two consecutive billing cycles, your website will be taken offline until payment is received.
2. Cancel Anytime
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us. We will process cancellations within 24 hours.
Once canceled, your website will no longer be hosted or kept live by SiteOryx.
3. Website Ownership & Transfers
Your website content belongs to you. If you cancel and want your website files, you must email us to request a transfer.
If no transfer request is made, the website will remain archived. After 120 days, the website and all hosted files may be permanently removed.
4. Hosting & Domains
SiteOryx provides hosting while your subscription is active. Domains are included only when stated.
If you switch domains or request a new domain, domain costs are your responsibility. SiteOryx does not cover domain renewals after cancellation.
5. Website Changes & Fair Use
We handle website updates including text changes, images, colors, file uploads, products, services, and general edits.
Changes are subject to fair use. Requests should be reasonable and not excessive (for example: dozens of changes per day or constant rapid requests).
6. Pages & Custom Work
The Website Care plan includes websites with 3–5 pages. Additional pages or major redesigns may require an additional fee.
Custom websites, features, or advanced requests can be quoted separately.
7. Business Cards
Business cards can be ordered through our website form or by email. Custom designs are available upon request.
Business card delivery typically takes up to 7 days, especially for new or redesigned cards.
8. Support & Technical Help
We provide technical support related to your website, hosting, and setup. We help maintain your site instead of building it and leaving you on your own.
9. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for your products, services, customers, payments, chargebacks, refunds, and business operations.
SiteOryx is not responsible for customer disputes, product issues, payment processor issues, or chargebacks.
10. Third-Party Services
If you connect payment processors, apps, or third-party tools, you are responsible for their terms, fees, and functionality.
11. Account Access
You will always retain access credentials to your accounts, platforms, and payment processors.
