What is Website Care?
Website Care is our subscription where we build and manage your website so you don’t have to. It includes a premium website build (3–5 pages), hosting, domain while active, updates, and support.
How long do builds and changes take?
- Most builds: typically 72 hours (3 days) after we receive your intake form + assets.
- Standard updates: usually within 24–72 hours.
- Advanced changes: may take an extra day (or more if it’s a big redesign).
What happens after I subscribe?
- You receive an instant email with your secure intake form.
- You upload your brand info, colors, copy, images, and any products/services.
- We start within 24 hours after intake is submitted.
What updates can you do for me?
We can handle website updates like:
- Text changes, images, colors, layout tweaks
- Adding/editing products or services
- File uploads, new sections, new pages (if within your page limit)
We also use a fair use policy (so it can’t be abused with nonstop daily requests all day). If someone needs heavy nonstop changes, we may schedule it or quote it separately.
Do I own my website?
Yes. It’s your website. If you want to transfer it away, email us and we’ll help move your site/domain where possible.
What happens if I cancel?
- You can cancel anytime by emailing sales@siteoryx.com.
- We cancel within 24 hours.
- Once canceled, your website will not remain live under our hosting.
- If you want your site transferred, you must email us to request the transfer.
What if my payment declines?
If payment is declined and remains unpaid for two billing cycles, your website may be taken offline until payment is received.
Business cards — how does it work?
- Subscribers can reorder cards using the Business Cards page.
- Typical turnaround is up to 7 days (especially if we need to remake the design).
- If you need a custom design, email us after submitting your request.
Can I add more than 3–5 pages?
Website Care includes a 3–5 page website. If you want more pages, each additional page may require an additional cost.
Are you responsible for my customers, chargebacks, or product issues?
No. You are responsible for your products, customers, sales, chargebacks, and business operations. We handle the website updates, hosting, and technical support related to the site.
